Sample Availability & Policy
Samples are sent by express, such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL etc. All sample fee can return after order,
Production begins as soon as the customer agree to our terms, upon receipt of customer's sample approval comments. Sample lead time is 7days.

We take extra efforts in ensuring the fabic and accessory suppliers comply with strict quality control. Quality Assurance is an inherent part of our services and we ensure that our customers do not face any problem at any stage.

Production Lead-time,
The lead time will be about 20~30 days after the order confirm. 

Drawing,
We have designer team,so you can provide AI,CDR or PDF or JPG file,we will draw clear artwork for you final confirm.

We take full responsibility for any inconformity with customer's request in color, quality, packing, size, quantity, delivery, etc. 
We guarantee the protection of customer‘s designs, workmanship and copyrights. Customized design service is available, executed by professional designers. Our own designs could be provided to customer exclusively.
